With 20 years of hands-on experience: I have been interested in the science of design, and designing at scale — two things I have been lucky enough to work on throughout my career. I have a strong understanding of how to bring big impact on user experiences and products within a business. I achieve this through being fiercely user-focused, asking the right (and sometimes difficult) questions to the right people and do what’s right, not what’s easy.

I build business value propositions behind every design concept. Explore all potential avenues in user experience improvement and research the impact for growth between the business and its users. I document all success and failed learnings, where I proactively identify and tackle design challenges affecting user experiences and establish the right quality metrics to measure for future success.

I’ve helped build and lead teams of designers, I find immense joy in mentoring designers and creating community around design.
