I build design teams, operating models, systems, and product experiences that scale. Over the past decade I’ve led design initiatives across e-commerce, travel, fintech, and enterprise platforms, helping teams move faster, make better decisions, and deliver measurable outcomes.

What I believe
Design is a business capability Design creates customer value and organisational clarity. It belongs in strategic conversations, not only delivery conversations.
Systems scale impact The strongest design teams build repeatable systems, not heroic individual efforts.
Trust is the product Customers trust products that are transparent, accessible, and predictable.
My story
I started my career in graphic design, moved into digital product design, and eventually found myself leading teams and large-scale transformation work. Over time I realised my greatest contribution wasn’t creating screens. It was helping teams align around problems, make decisions with confidence, and build systems that continue delivering value long after the project ends.
Today my work sits at the intersection of design leadership, AI, organisational design, and product strategy.

Outside work
Away from work, you’ll usually find me sketching plants, hunting for artwork to add to my collection, or filling another notebook with observations, ideas, and half-finished thoughts. I’m fascinated by how people think, what drives behaviour, and why some ideas endure while others disappear. That curiosity follows me everywhere, from galleries and museums to conversations with friends over dinner.
I also write about design leadership, AI, and the future of our profession. If you’re curious about those topics, explore my articles.
